Functional Movement Training

A type of exercise that helps train the body to properly move in everyday activities,  Functional Movement Training uses the principles of rehabilitation and prevention training with a focus on optimal biomechanics. 

Through the adaption of these principles, exercises are formed to make daily activities of life easier and without risk of injury.

Functional Movement Exercises

Functional Movement Training involves agility, strength, power, endurance, mobility, aerobic and anaerobic systems. 

Using these fundamentals, our clinic uses a wide range of exercises and equipment to help our clinics re-train their bodies to move better and more efficiently. 

Our clinic sessions range between 30 minutes to 1 hour, and can be done one-on-one or in groups from 3-4 people.
